(1) I am an US citizen immediately available for W-2 contract opportunities.

(2) I usually only consider W-2 contracts. 1099 is possible in rare cases but corp-to-corp never.

(3) I rarely consider full time employment or contract-to-hire assignments except for exceptional opportunities.

(4) My average contract assignment is between 9 to 15 months.

(5) With a few exceptions my resume lists only W-2 contracts. They are listed in chronological order on my resume.

(6) I also work for clients whose identity I can't divulge for legal reasons. Gaps therefore don't necessarily indicate idle periods.
